Quality is an integral part of our organization and must always characterize our Products, Processes, Working Environment, and, more generally, our relationships and collaboration with our Customers and all interested parties.
Our philosophy is founded on a constant commitment to understanding customer requirements and providing them with products and services that meet or exceed their expectations, while continuously improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
INCA SpA’s decision-making process is structured around a careful analysis of its Internal and External Context, focused on listening to and engaging in open and constructive dialogue with interested parties in order to consistently meet their needs and maintain positive and collaborative relationships. Therefore, Management adopts a methodology based on the identification and management of “Risks and Opportunities,” combined with the definition of strategic Quality objectives and performance indicators to be monitored and pursued.
Training, professional development, and effectiveness verification contribute to maintaining a high level of competence among assigned personnel, who are constantly informed and actively involved within the Organization to promote the Culture of Quality and individual awareness.
The continuous review of working conditions, methods, and operating procedures ensures a preventive approach to potential non-conformities. Ongoing performance monitoring and the conduct of internal inspections and audits enable us to prevent potential critical situations and inefficiencies.
Management promotes compliance with the Quality Policy among all INCA SpA personnel, as a document that must always serve as a reference for working practices at every level of the organization.
