The TWIST OFF dispensing system works on a circular basis: an anti-clockwise movement of the top enables the fluid to flow through the dispensing hole; an opposite movement assures the air-tight closure thanks to a specific locking system.

The dispensers are studied to be suitable both for bottles and tubes with 24/410 neck and the customer can choose between two dispensing hole diameters, 6mm or 4,3 mm, depending on the viscosity of its products.

TWIST-OFF DISPENSER WITH ALUMINIUM SHELL

INCA offers an elegant ALUMINIUM DISPENSER CAPS to every customer who might desire a premium packaging. The dispensing components are enriched by an aluminium shell which makes the cap more attractive and suitable for demanding customers. The metal can be easily customized in different colours through the anodizing process obtaining various finishing surface effects.

As for the plastic version, the dispensers are studied to be suitable both for bottles and tubes with 24/410 neck and for the TWIST OFF solution the customer can choose between two dispensing hole diameters, depending on the viscosity of its products.

Inca integrates in its production different decoration technologies as embossing and de-bossing, silk- screening, pad printing and sublimation. All of them can be used to decorate the dispenser aluminum shell to obtain a customized product
